Friend and myself were shopping here a few days ago and she mobile ordered Starbucks. The drink was made incorrectly and she... pointed this out while trying to be nice. The employees were very rude about it and did not remake the drink, and startedranting about how she must be lactose intolerant and berating her. Probably won't ever order here again. Read more
I frequent here often when I?m shopping. I stopped this afternoon and waited in-line while a male employee complaining about... another employee switching shifts and planning his revenge of screwing the people the working next day. I continued to wait ashe got the schedule out to see who who was working the next day. Very unprofessional. I didn?t even wait to get a drink. Read more
For always being short staffed and limited hours, the team does well getting everything out in a timely manner
Employees were extremely rude to their customers including myself. My drink was messed up and should have been replaced I ended... up having to pay for a whole new drink. The lady in front of me went to the service desk the 2 employees just complained abouttheir customers the entire time I was in there. They do not make drinks properly by standards either. This location is inside a grocery store and is convenient when needing the caffeine lift. The price was a tad more than the... usual Starbucks. It was busy but not the most efficient. My husband went to checkout groceries with a full cart and I was 2nd inline to get a coffee, by the time I was done, he had been done and waiting. The coffee was good and just as I expected it totaste. I guess time was my price to pay because of location. Read more
Espresso was down and out of syrups so it was lackluster but got an okay cup of coffee.
