Poor management and poor treatment of the partners. Partners are told they are replaceable and given no regard as human beings.... You can get far better coffee for a reasonable price at any local shop. Where there is convenience there?s questionable ethics. Read more

Usually enjoy my favorites from anywhere on their menu, but lately my $6 coffee just has not been up to par. Last few times I... got my steaming hot cup of sweet, very sweet, coffee ... Hey I have a sweet tooth and like coffee, perfect partnership.. It justdidn't taste right???? Ok, I get it. Sometimes it's ok, it happens. Batista's have off days too, but often enough to questionthe quality ????and somethings got to give. For a six dollar coffee I want my cup of joe to sing to me the sweet melody I havebecome accustomed to. But I have been left displeased and disinterested. Just starting to lose my taste for it now, can't getthe same taste 3 tones or more in a row and I am ready to move on.... heartache. Don't tell me I have to consider a prehistoriccoffee maker????
