The best decision you can make is to stay away from this trash store! The manager and employees are beyond rude!!! Getting... called a b!+@h over the phone (with my son in the car) when making a complaint about the drive through employee being rude ashell is far from ok. The "general manager" is a joke because he acted like he could care less about what the manager said.There's better options than going here. Stay far away from this store. Read more

I don't know why I gave this taco bell another chance...they disappointed me again...The food that comes out of this place is... never top quality. I realize it's fast food, but other Taco Bell's seem to be much better. My chicken soft taco was wrapped likea taquito with nothing in it, and they don't know the difference between soft or hard shell, got the order wrong. Wasted timeand money...get it together guys...someone needs to train the workers on putting together an order I'm done! Read more
I don?t know why we come back? I pay for supreme toppings and never get them, I mean never, and This time was the last time I?ll... be dining at this Taco Bell. I ordered sub potatoes and got beef, was left with no nachos and cheese that I paid for, so I wasleft with no meal, and of course no supreme, this is very upsetting, I didn?t feel like driving back 10 minutes, but I?m surethey would have fixed it. My boyfriend and I ordered food from the Lexington Ave. Taco Bell. Some of His soft tacos were wet , so much so he couldn't eat... them. His burrito was was a mashed up wet mess also. The nachos chips in my Nachos had a weird burnt, salty taste to them. Wewill not be eating at that one ever again. Very disappointing experience. Read more
I ordered food for my husband online. He went inside to pick up his order and the girl behind the counter asked him his name, he... told her so she proceeds to get his order and tossed it on the counter. When he opened his bag the fiesta potatoes I ordered himwere all over the bag. No napkins or silverware in the bag. If you work in customer service just be civil with paying customers.Don?t toss their food around and have an attitude. I always order customized items and they mess them up. The last time they put lettuce in my double steak grilled cheese burrito... when I asked for extra sauce. They don't come with lettuce. And I asked for no sour cream, it came with sour cream. Same thingtoday too but without the lettuce. And I ordered a crunch wrap supreme. Light lettuce, no sour cream, no tomatoes, extra beefand extra sauce. It was basically just full of lettuce and it was cold. Read more
