Food orders are always accurate. You don't have to worry about whether or not you got what you ordered in the drive-thru. I have... yet to visit another fast food chain in town that gets everything right in a timely manner. An added bonus is the friendly andsmiling staff. I ordered food on 8/18/2022 at 6:03 pm. I ordered a simple 5 for $5 meal. And a medium frosty. I didn't get my half complete... order until 6:38pm. I then went back for the rest of my food and got a nasty look. They forgot the nuggets. I opened thesandwich to find my chicken blt wasn't that at all. Just chicken and lettuce. I had to go back up for the sandwich and I gotthat at 6;50 pm. Meanwhile I'm on a 1hr break and the frosty was completely melted like water. Horrible experience. Read more

Husband & I stopped while traveling. What a great experience! Starting with how clean the restaurant was as we walked in. The... gentleman who took our order was just the nicest, friendliest guy ever. His name was Gordy. So sweet & helpful. Even recommendedspicy nuggets. Actually sold me on them without being pushy. I passed on the new spicy sauce. However, he said he put one packetin my order so I could try it. Reluctantly, I tried it & actually LOVE it! He had gotten busy but made time to check on us tosee how everything was & if I liked the sauce. It was so nice for someone to actually take their time, yet be efficient & care.Thanks Gordy for making our experience at ?a fast food? of all places memorable. Read more
