This is our favorite Thai place in Mansfield. Lunch specials are great with a delicious spring roll. Favorite entrees are... spicy fried rice, pad see ew, and crazy noodle. The only reason it's 4 stars is because the quality is not consistent. Must beone chef that isn't quite as good. Also, beware, their spicy scale is a little hotter than most other Thai restaurants. I likea good medium, but that is a level 2 at Blue Mint. A 3 here is like a 4 at other Thai restaurants. Too hot for me. Service isfast and friendly. Read more

The food is the best Thai food my family has found in 3 cities around us. We routinely make the 35 minute one-way drive, because... they taste the best, have the best value, & take reasonable, responsible precautions. The only thing I would change, is Iwish that it was noted on the website that the kitchen closes 30-45 minutes before they close to reset from lunch. It wasdisappointing to have to order take out when we had planned to dine in. Read more

It wasn't out of this world remarkable but it wasn't a bad experience. Sat quickly, served quickly, and the staff was attentive.... The appetizer was the best part, blue mint dumplings. The lo mein and chicken cashew were flavorless. Read more

Truthfully it?s been years since I last went to Blue Mint. The memories of years past made me want to try their food again when... I was recently in Mansfield. BIG MISTAKE. This place is dreadful. I really hate to say this about a small business. Therestaurant service level, food and interior have gone way down. The only good thing out of the several dishes we ordered was thefried rice and even on that some shrimp were ice cold in the center. The pad Thai and pad see eew were just inedible is a niceway of saying it. The beef was gelatinous and the bean spouts added heavily handed. The dumplings were clearly microwaved withpeanuts added on top once they came out. The servers were nice, below average on attentiveness overall. I would recommend SweetRice off of Broad Street for better service, cleaner environment, and superior food overall. Read more

Service was great. The food was very fresh tasting and good. I like spicy food, so I ordered mine a 3/4 but 4/4 is not too hot... either. The mango and sticky rice for desert is worth coming for all on its own. The mango they use is very good. Read more

I loved the cashew chicken I ordered, the photo is of the kids lo mein after we brought home the leftovers. I'd already eaten... some but the box was full! My friend's son ordered the orange chicken meal and it looked very good and came with vegetables Read more
