BWW is my daughter's favorite place to eat so we frequent various locations. Over the years, we've experienced a major decline... in quality and service. Our most recent visit to the Mansfield location was disappointing. We got great service, however, thefood was mediocre at best. Luke warm and dry. The worst part though, was the restaurant cleanliness. This place needs a deepclean something serious. Everything was grubby. The booth seats, backs, walls, everything! My daughter used the ports to plusher phone and even that was just goopy and sticky. Don't get me started on the bathrooms. Yuck! I'd hate to see what the kitchenlooks like. I feel like Gordon Ramsey would do a lot of screaming and cursing at the manager of this place. Read more
I always visit BWW on Tuesday BOGO50%. Food didn?t take long, wings were amazing, the fries were old and obviously reheated, the... server Jesse, made it right and brought us fresh fries. I only gave 3 stars because of the bathroom is very disgusting, I wastrying to spot the manager to let him know. Read more
Came to BWW 2day & NO sides, but that DIDNT stop us or NOBODY else! They?re known for their wings & that?s what we?re ALL here... for BAYBEE. It was STILL delicious & fresh???????????? Placed an order at approximately 9:45pm on Oct 27, order# 1010023. The food was cold. Two totally different flavors were in one... box with no paper separating them. The chicken was tough like it had been sitting there for some hours. The fries we're alsocold and tasted like old grease. I called the next day to complain to the manager regarding this. He had hesitation aboutreplacing the meal. I explained to him that although it was late if they weren't going to provide good customer service andQUALITY food they should have NEVER taken the order. He said he would replace our meal however once I arrived he had onlyreplaced half of one. So unacceptable and we did not accept it. He said my meal didn't include fries, but it did! (The receiptis attached for proof). He ONLY remade the flats. I left the remade order right there at the store. Once again do it RIGHT ornot at all. EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE NOT JUST THE TEN FLATS. Take out order was about 10 minutes late . They forgot sauce on one meal. Chicken was good. Fries were not fresh. Tater tots... were good and fresh hot. Staff was friendly. Lost stars for two mistakes. Will try again and adjust review accordingly. Read more
Going to have to say the last time we went there we weren't impressed. . The first bad thing is what they call a pizza which... it's not a pizza. We were not impressed with the way it tasted and I found a piece of plastic in it. I told the waiter heapologized. Management did not even come over to apologize to me for what happened. We've been going there since the day itopened.. 2017 I went there I got food poisoning from a chicken sandwich. But that's the only two bad experiences I've ever hadthere. We have always loved their food. But I think I'm going to stick to what I usually get when I eat there. Some of thenewest things that they have now really didn't impress us. Read more
