I just left this location seconds ago (approximately 3:57pm, Saturday, 30 July) and tried to order through the drive thru. The... girl taking my order found something funny as I was ordering and her buddy in the back started laughing too. So, I told themthey were too busy clowning and left. When we got home we did not have the mashed potatoes and gravy so we called and spoke to the manager I believe the name was... Keith he asked if we were coming back to get it and we said no so he said multiple times as though we were not being truthfulthat we must have the receipt in order to come and get the mashed potatoes and gravy then said he would only honor it for 5days! So the staff screwed up our order and now we only have 5 days to swing by and pick up what we have already paid for! Thiswas horrible customer service and this manager needs some serious training with how to handle customer complaints not even oncedid he apologize for their error and really did not offer anything in return!
