Walked in and took for ever to get seated and we were the only ones that walked in. We get seated and nobody helps us or says... hello. When we walked out they said come again. Lol. Good ol' chili's! Never fails with great service, good drinks and food. Got bad experiences at other restaurants with both... service and food. I'm an appetizers and drinks kind of gal and chili's always makes me feel welcomed. Other places seem to getbothered when I go and not order a main dish, only go for appetizers, not chili's! Food was ok but it sat in the pass so long because our waiter forgot that 1) we ordered our daughter food before anything else... 2) forgor to bring one of the only 2 drinks we ordered and 3) asked us if we wanted to order anything for our daughter after wehad already ordered hers and asked him where her food was. Food today was awesome! I love how you can order online have curbside pick up and pay when you pick it up. Sometimes I don't... want to use my card and almost always online ordering is card only. So thanks for being the only one that's truly convenient forme!! Read more
I went in with a big group and the waiter did his best keeping up with us but was always in and out and never seemed to make us... a priority. He was seen by our group on multiple occasions sitting down and having conversations with other customers. It tookover an hour and a half to get our food and when everyone else?s came out I still didn?t have my food. When I asked the waiterabout it he said that it was forgotten by someone and that he could get it out in a little while. I told him that I was in ahurry and had to leave. He then tried to say that it would on be a couple minutes but I told him I had to walk out the door. Hethen proceeded to offer and extra plate of pasta that was accidentally brought to the table. Not once did he apologize for themishap or offer to comp anything on our tab. He instead offered me an $8 pasta instead of the $15 dollar meal I ordered, anddidn?t offer to change the prices. This Chili?s has never impressed me, facilities or service combined and only went because itwas a group setting. Will definitely not be coming back to this Chilis anytime soon. Read more

Everything was so delicious. Got it to go. And they offer cocktails to go. I got the coconut margarita, titos punch and long... Island iced tea ( which seems to be missing from this photo ????) Understaffed. Food took 45 minutes to arrive. Waiter had to jump in to cook our food. Son's tenders were cold (it is his... birthday and he always wants the chocolate lava cake for dessert. Not this time! We are going elsewhere). Won't be back. Read more
