This may be the worst Chipotle on the face of the earth. Pros: -They keep plenty of napkins, forks and knives out. Literally... the only thing I can think of. Cons: -Wait Time: You could go sit down, order and get your food at most normal restaurantsbefore this place gets your meal done. -Staffing: They have one person working the line almost every time I come in here. Theywill be 20+ deep with people waiting and just one employee designated to serve/ring up food. -Cleanliness: Tables always filthyand they don?t switch gloves when they are done handling money/credit cards. -Food: Always out of multiple food items. They alsodon?t do a great job of keeping things fresh. Check out the pic of the black beans I took tonight to show what I?m talkingabout. -Customer Service: Not friendly at all Basically this is the Chipotle they should use for the return season of KitchenNightmares. How does this manager still have a job? We have given this chipotle several chances to work out the kinks and every time there... is something negative about our experience. Rice was hard, Barbacoa wasn?t shredded, no burrito tortillas. Usually the serviceis super slow but this time we did the take out. Please fix these issues for this is the closest chipotle for us. Horrible service. First impressions: No hairnets, Airpods in works ears , Server had rings on her fingers and that?s a problem... because God knows where that ring has been , Customer service moving like sloths. I get into line and and i wait 15 minutes justto get served even though i?m the second person in the line. i get down to the condiments section and the lettuce has a pool ofwater at the bottom of it but they gave it a couple shakes and didn?t thinks anything of it. I also ask for chips. Once i gethome, i find a FLY in my lettuce so i don?t even touch the bowl. I wish i could make this up. I go back and they said they can?tgive me a refund or a gift card?????????????????????? . Never eating here again. NEVER. Read more

I have given this Chipotle multiple chances now. Every single time I have ordered ahead, I arrived when my order was supposed to... be ready and I sit inside for an hour. Every time. As I wait, I watch customers walk in and be immediately tended to by the 8+employees at the counter while 1 employee works on every single to go order alone in the back. I have reached out to thecorporate complaint email and the only thing they are ever willing to do is send a coupon for a side of guacamole. Don't orderfrom this location unless you have hours of free time to spare. Read more

I decided to try this Mansfield location for the first time today. I received my pickup order and not only was it ice cold, but... also incorrect. My very simple burrito bowl was missing ingredients and did not reheat well. Then I hoped to enjoy the chips andguacamole that I ordered but was quickly let down once again when I ate an extremely stale chip. My entire meal was basicallyinedible. I?ve never been so disappointed by a $20 meal. I will not be returning to this location. Read more

Every Chipotle location I?ve been to is always fast and on time with orders. It?s a good company with good food, but this... location is absolutely horrendous. The drive through pick up lane is really slow, but was 45 minutes late the first time I cameto this location. Trying it a second time, and am now coming up on an hour late for my pickup. Terrible location with very slowservice. Only way to get food relatively quick, is to order inside instead of on the app. Would not recommend this location forChipotle. Read more

Chipotle has been a great restaurant to eat at?.though I tried a different location this time and I will not go back to the one... off broad street! After paying for my food I went to get forks, there were none. I went and asked an employee, they stated theywere out and I had to use a spoon. Not a big deal, just shocked. I than began to eat my food? realized the rice was completelyundercooked. I never send food back but I couldn?t eat hard rice. After letting the staff know, they stated ?it?s all the same.?I asked for a different batch I was told there wasn?t one. Though there was a different batch in the Togo area. If that wasn?tenough? my friend I was with found a broken piece of wood.. looked like a broken toothpick? in his food. Will not be returningto this location. Read more

I probably could?ve been in and out of Texas Roadhouse off 287 in the time it took to get my food here. I placed a mobile order,... and it took over 30 minutes for it to be put together from the time it was supposed to be ready. I understand being overwhelmed,but whoever owns this franchise needs to hire more people/find more resources. At one point there was no one at the register andthe regular line was waiting to have someone help them. Same with the to go window- some cars were sitting there for 10+ minuteswaiting to be greeted/receive their food. Read more
