Went at 2pm so missed the lunch rush. On par with top 50% of this style establishment. Counter order and ingredients mixed to... order TexMex. Liked the Barbacoa but the sweet pork was a touch too sweet for my taste. Like the way they ran my bowl throughthe conveyor oven to toast the cheese. Good variety of beans and sauces to create something unique with each visit. Nice outdoorcovered patio in front. Clean restrooms. Right next door to Andy?s Frozen Custard so park and do both. This review is from my first time visiting this food chain. Drive-thru experience. From the time my card was swiped to the time... I receive food was 7 mins with no one in front of me. While waiting for my food I decided to read Google reviews. Probably theworst idea ever because I saw lots of recent complaints about store cleanliness and food quality. I did not see the inside ofthe store but I did taste the food. I ordered steak nachos and here?s my take: customer service was blah (Not horrible but notgreat. Kinda hard to explain but I didn?t feel totally welcome) the guac was bland, the cheese was lumpy, the chips were verysmall and broken up and the steak was too salty. The one shine moment was the pico de gallo which tasted fresh. Back to thechips. Not only were they small and broken up but there was melted shredded cheese on top and my steak and beans were in themiddle of all the chips. I guess that?s how they layer the dish but at first glance I thought they forgot my steak. Overall, Iprobably wouldn?t visit this chain again because I feel like the quality of food does not match the price. Read more

We have been coming to this locations for years. We drive 45 minutes to get here. We came on a Saturday, during a peak time. The... restaurant was filthy, and the food was picked over and not fresh looking in anyway. They tried to serve us guacamole that wasliterally brown and black. The beans were so old they were dried out and disgusting looking. Most of the food containers wereempty, and they were serving scraps of what was left. I am SO disappointed!!!! Please do better. This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and we weren?t disappointed! We arrived 30 minutes before closing time on a... Monday night, and the freshness quality of the food was impressive! They make your order right in front of you?-so the processis transparent?-and you can customize your order as you progress down the line. Prices are very reasonable for the value andportion size you receive. I did think that the pricing was a little confusing on the menu, but just ask them if you?re confusedand they?ll clarify it for you. Service was friendly. I also like how they have everything which you would need if you?re takingleftovers home available in the front near the fountain drink area, so you don?t have to bug somebody for to go lids/utensils,etc. I got a small nachos bowl for nine dollars, but I got very full and even the kids meal was pretty filling!! ????
