Arrived 2:30pm and ordered sliced brisket, sausage, and rib plates. Sliced brisket was cut wrong way with the grain. Rolls... were not proofed and burned on the bottom. Sauce served was cold. When I spoke with the manager as we left, I only got excusesrather than just simply apologizing and acknowledging they didn?t meet customer expectations. Manage admitted he was the onethat cut the sliced brisket the wrong way because it had been left on the grill too long. So the manager knowingly served apoor product rather than getting out another fresh brisket. No effort to make anything right or change our experience. Willnot be returning. The customer experience and product in Arlington is far superior. Read more

We ordered dickies for take out tonight. We only ordered 2 plates so nothing complicated. They got the meats wrong on one dinner... completely, completely missing a full side, zero barbecue sauce for either meal, no bread rolls at all, and we asked for picklesand onions, they gave us 2 tiny pickles chips. This isn?t the first time this has happened. But this is the first time I havewritten a review about it. Read more

We had a catering order for 75 people and everything was amazing. Staff was polite, kind, efficient and the food was amazing.

"We close at 7pm" I was told this despite their listed hours being 9pm. I came in with one of their coupons where you by a big... yellow cup and you get a free pulled pork sandwich. I came in about 20min til close. Got in, tried to order it, the managersternly said they were out of pulled pork, employee asked manager if they could switch it out for ribs, manager said no. It wasthe end of the night so I took my losses and started to leave. Manager apologized. Manager turned things around and said shecould give me one of their free ribs coupons. That's cool. I took her up on it. I waited for the ribs. The employee came overand handed me my ribs and a To-go bag but she made me bag it myself. Whatever. But the last thing the employee said to me was"We close at 7pm". I took this photo of the 'open' sign and the manager chatting up some of the customers. Other occasions, theintercom for the drive thru isn't working. It'd be no biggie if they left a note on the intercom saying so. Another time I wentearlier this year, the prices on the drive thru sign did not match the office they tried to charge me. I'm 99% positive theychanged them to the correct prices. The line to the drive thru is always long. I'm okay with the wait but I've seen people pullout of line and leave as we're ordering. I absolutely love the food, but there's a lot of aspects to a restaurant business thatshould always be reliable. (Hours, prices listed, a reasonable wait time for a drive thru (if it feels like a sit-downrestaurant wait time then its too long), intercom system or communication about whether or not its working, etc) I am gratefulfor the ribs, but I never expected to be told they close early just because I inconvenienced them with asking for a pulled porksandwich before close. I love Dickey's barbecue. I'll keep going but what the heck. Read more

We are at the Mansfield location off of Broad St. The new owner Kimberly is the best. We enjoyed her today. Give it a try and ... if you are like me and had stopped coimg to this location due to past ownership...give it another try with Kimberly. You won't regret it. Good people and good food. Read more

Terrible service. .my daughter ordered, the manager that prepared order her never greeted us, no professional demeanor, however,... the young lady that initially took our order at least greeted us. When my daughter asked the manager why the price per pound washigher than usual, the manager had a nonchalant pose and simply quoted price per pound and just stared as if to say take it orleave it ($43.00 for 1 1/2 pound of Brisket). Oh, at least the Brisket was so tender and a big hit with our father's day guest.It was the best I ever had. I was visiting from Virginia. My said she had heard it's under new management, but won't go thereagain. Read more

Love the new owner! She is so sweet and and helpful! The brisket was really good! We got 2lbs for me and some friends, and a few... of the sides, Mac n cheese is delicious! Will come back. Read more

Wow!! The manager was so kind yesterday. She was training some employees and went out of her way to make sure we were well taken... care of. Large portions of delicious brisket and she threw in a sandwich in out of kindness. We will definitely be back. Read more
