Took my free rewards pizza twice. Delivered Pizza with no sauce once. Delivered a pizza with no cheese once. Last night... ordered for pickup once it said it was ready I went up there the kid behind the counter was obviously stoned and said they gotbacked up and we're canceling orders. If you are the franchise owner you need to get in there and make some management changesthis is the worst domino's ever. We are ordering from Papa John's from now on. Read more
From the second I walked into the restaurant I was greeted with smiling faces and exceptional customer service! The pizza OMG... was absolutely PERFECT!!! The Brooklyn style crust was made to perfection... Foldable indeed! It was saucy, hot & fresh!!! Letme say this... The pizza didn't make it home... I started eating it as soon as I got in the car, so don't judge the quality ofthe picture lol! Just go try this Domino's location!!! Read more
Waited an hour and a half for my delivery order. I called to check the status and they then told me I was outside of their... delivery area. (Only 15 minutes away). They did cancel my order but could not refund my pizza points that I used. They were nothelpful at all and acted like they didn't even care. My family loves Domino's but this situation left a very bad taste in ourmouth. We will not be back to this establishment again. Read more
Ordered 2 pizzas last night at 5:36pm! Over and hour and half later and several unanswered calls still nothing. I then get a... notification they canceled my order so called again and waited forever. Finally spoke with someone claiming to be manager but ifso they need fired immediately. Terrible customer service and instead of making it right he did opposite and basically told meit would be another 2 1/2 - 3 hours. No apology! Nothing! Last time ordering from this place! Read more
I have attempted to contact this location for approximately an hour. I have been hung up on prior to speaking to anyone and now... they do not answer. My pizza was dropped and returned to the store for them to add more cheese to cover it up. I will bedisputing the charge and they can take that up with my bank. The tracker showed Robert near my home only to pass the street andhead straight to the store. Then returned to my area to give me the pizzas I ordered with a messy box and uncooked cheese. Imean, they continue to not answer the phone. I wouldn't be so upset if they owned up to it and made good on their mistakes. Thepizza wasn't cut all the way either. Our pizza was to be delivered between 6:26p & 6:39pm, when we ordered online tonight. It has been in quality check since 5:50pm,... 1 hr now. It is 7:06pm & still not delivered to us. Was on the phone waiting & no one will answer the phones at this location.I'm unable to drive right now, so I had to send my teen son to them on Holland Rd to find out where our order is. Just awful,just awful. My husband had to request a full refund one other time, just to go buy our food elsewhere. What the heck hashappened to this location? Read more
If I could put zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza and when I received it, Nick (the delivery driver) dropped it off half... opened. When I opened it up completely a bug flew out and the pizza wasn?t cooked well. The pizza had clearly been throwntogether and not cut properly as well. I also ordered a sauce and it wasn?t delivered with the pizza. Do not order from them!! Ihave been trying to call but no one will answer the phone. This location needs to be closed down! The pizza was great but expensive. I think you have to have coupons or order online. The people working there were very... friendly. The pizza was done when it was supposed to be. I picked it up rather than have it delivered. It's just a couple milesfrom my house. It's an easy dinner when no one feels like cooking. Read more
