I came into the store and usually it?ll have the sticker signs on the cookies that say buy 5 get 1 free and i didn?t see one so... i ordered 4 cookies. i get the to register and see it up top and asked the girl if i could go ahead and do it. she swiped mycard but i hadn?t signed for it yet so the payment hadn?t gone through yet. she then said she already swiped my card sobasically telling me that it was too late. being an employee she could?ve brought up if i wanted to add one more cookie (since iliterally ordered 4) then i could get the buy 5 get one free? very disappointed won?t be here again. I placed an order through the app for a Father?s Day cookie cake and when I went to pick it up, I was informed that they never... received my order. Very disappointed we didn?t get it for the day the app said I could pick it up. Also, when they asked for myname and order number, they were never able to find it. I had already paid for it too. I don?t know about the cookies (seems to be what other people are upset about), but we love this place for the ice cream. It?s... reasonably priced in comparison to competitors, which is super important for us. Your don?t pay for mix in?s or cones, whichmakes a huge difference when you are getting ice cream for four or five people. It?s been super clean every time we have comein. Read more
Not a good first experience!! The older bald guy that prepared my ice cream was clearly in a rush. He rudely asked what else he... could get us. He barely put the add ins that I requested. My ice cream basically looked the same way it did before it wasscooped, plain!! He immediately returned to the back of the place after sliding the ice cream to me on the counter while someoneelse took my payment. We will not be returning!! Read more
