Horrible service everytime I come here. Came here around 10 pm with my family of 3 Halloween night and got sat. Waited for 20... mins without Drinks, silverware and no service. Manager was very rude and unprofessional. If you have any issues with your food dont bother reporting it because the manager... said ?all customer do is cry? and did not resolve anything. Not only that but she publicly embarrassed a staff member by yellingat her in middle of restaurant after a misunderstanding, that is no way how a manager should deal with problems especially for aMISUNDERSTANDING. Came in later at night like 11:40 pm I was seated by these three guys who where loud and annoying the waiter Michael was goofing... off with them and was not giving much attention to the rest of the customers. The seats had syrup and when we got out food therewas a hair in my boyfriends onion rings. This place is trash and recommended y?all to spend your money elsewhere. Read more
This is one of the better IHOPs. It's on southbound 287 at 157/Cooper. It's usually not crowded, there are generally attentive... managers. The only reason for the 3 testing is they have some rule about answering the phone, so regardless of how many ACTUALcustomers are waiting at the hostess stand to be seated, they answer the phone before they help you. I think it's a terriblepolicy because you just have to stand there and wait, and the staff acts like they don't see you. Managers and GM, a bird inthe hand is worth three in the bush. Translation: Attend to your ACTUAL, present customers first and record a "Thank you,someone will be with you in a moment" message for the phone on ring 3. It's basic customer service. Read more
very bad service, very bad attention, dirty menus with sauce and food, we asked for lemonade for my children and a glass seems... to have been forgotten... Pretty standard IHOP. Easy access. The staff was super friendly our food was served within seven minutes of ordering.... Unfortunately, we?re still in the Covid pandemic so you are required to enter this location with a mascon. We didn?t have massand we?re lucky that Jennifer was able to give us two masks so that we could sit down and enjoy our breakfast. Thank youJennifer. I have the spinach and mushroom omelette with hollandaise and a hash brown and he had the blueberry pancakes and twoover hard eggs. I believe the bill was about 22 or $23, so that is affordable. Food was pretty bad,burned basically! Waited 15-20min to get my food, I asked the waitress ?would you eat this food? she said... yes! I told her,just give me my bill for coffee,she went to get the manager and he said ? is there anything with your food? I asked the same question, would you eat that food? He responded looking at the food, I do t eat sausage? obviously he didn?t getwhat I was saying, I said it?s burned and already you guys made me spent 20min getting burned food I need to leave.
