I feel so cheated. I don't mind paying extra for a sandwich at this place because normally their food is fresh and is good. It... was my fave! The manager took my order this time. I got my fave Giant #3 Ham and provolone cheese. i want oil and vinegarbut I said easy on the oil and lettuce. I said add mayo but no tomato. I said it 3 times and he repeated it back a few times. He asked you do want oil and vinegar with mayo? I said yes but all my sandwiches are drowned in oil so easy on oil andlettuce. Well..... I couldn't find the mayo also couldn't taste it. I'm not sure there was any oil and very very littlevinegar. There was maybe 3 or 4 strings of lettuce on each piece of the sandwich. Almost invisible. And omg where's myonions? I eat onions with everything. I have to have them. I never mentioned anything so I thought they would be fine. If Igot any I couldn't see or taste any they were so few. That really had me disappointed! Y'all do know how they pile the meat andcheese on their sandwiches right? Well I found one little thin slice of provolone and yes a few slices of ham. Maybe theydidn't think it needed as much because there was nothing else to mask it? That was the dryest dullest blandest sandwich I hadever gotten from Jersey Mike's and we've had many. It was mostly dried up bread with the taste of a little ham. You couldtaste a little vinegar just in spots too. So not worth $15. This was Friday night around 5pm and the manager took my order. Not sure if he prepared it or not. Someone ought to be ashamed for letting that sandwich go out. So I either get drowned inoil to the point bread is soggy and more lettuce than I've ever seen on any sandwich or I get it so dry and very little meat andcheese. Stopped here on the way to DFW airport. The staff was kind and the food came quickly. First time visiting this chain... restaurant. Prices were a little higher than I like to pay for a sandwich but lets be honest this isn't your average every dayDagwood. Read more
I give this location a 3 star not for the food but cleanliness. My sandwich was delicious but I was the only person who ate... inside and I'm not kidding but all of the tables had fingerprints or something else on them except one small area where I sat. Iplaced napkins down before I pulled my food out. Gross. Read more

Food is good, service is great. Staff and others should be aware of Manager, Rowland and how he treats primarily African... American customers. His attitude can ruin the future of the business at the Mansfield location. Read more
