Ordered a strawberry shake. Couldn?t finish it because it was so terrible.
First one of the girls had an attitude. Second I wanted to get a waffle cone but the girl said it wouldn't fit into a waffle... cone (because it was melted) so she was like a waffle bowl or just a bowl so I just went with the bowl and it was stale. Read more
This place literally gave me a melted ice cream. I got a cone and they just put the cone on top of melted ice cream. I also got... a milk shake and it was super runny and tasted like only milk. A complete waste of money. Read more
Terrible service. They are so rude. We came in at 8:40 trying to get the BOGO through marble Slab and they didn't want to accept... it. Also once 9pm hit they turn off the slab even though we were still waiting and there still a couple tamiles waiting. Whenasking for toppings the guy was rude about and just said "it's going to be watery " and left it on there longer as if he wastrying ti make a point. Also I asked for the ice cream sandwich and he gave me kid size scoops and when I asked if that was thecorrect size he rudely said "it has to fit in the sandwich " this has been the worst experience at a marble slab. Ice cream was good but staff not wearing masks
I have to give them 2/12 stars tonight. I normally drive out of my way to come to this marble slab because they make the best... ice cream and have good brownies. And I have to say they didn?t disappoint on how they made the ice cream and the taste! It wasvery good ice cream and the staff was nice. The problem was when we went to pay. I had a birthday reward that I was trying touse and the guy couldn?t find it. I showed him the email that I got this morning reminding me to use the reward before itexpired. He wouldn?t ask anyone to help him, just said that he couldn?t find it and wasn?t willing to help. I?m verydisappointed. We went to marble slab tonight just to use that reward. Now I?ve probably lost that reward and I?m not pleasedabout it at all. Especially since I had proof of the reward. It was a marble slab e-mail with their logo and everything. Theyhad good ice cream tonight, but when you don?t honor a promotion that was sent to my email and I show you the email I believe itshould be honored. Very disappointed tonight. Read more
