Ordered choose 2 through drive thru pickup. First, it took them a while to pay attention to the window and they don't answer the... phone. Secondly, usually sit in to eat. I was so disappointed with how my sandwich was put together. The salad also barely hadchicken on it. There was barely 2 strips of chicken on it. Big dissatisfaction with this order. Read more
Food came out in a timely manner. Very clean place, the staff came around frequently to ask people dining if everything was... okay, and offered refills on drinks. They came to take my plate when I was finished. Then they tipped the pole over, that holdsyour order number, to indicate the table needs to be cleaned, as you finish. Food was hot and delicious. Went here to get a bowl of soup for my sick mother and this is what we got!!! Bowl was not even half full and where are the... potatoes looks like broth soup. What is wrong with this place this is the third time I have had issues with this location. Andthere is not one person over the age of 18 and does not care when you bring it to their attention. I have eaten at two different ones. Both were good both had friendly people. Both were clean. I would most certainly go here... again. Several things I would like to try. Could add a little more roast beef to the spud. Have tables with plug ins for yourdevices. Read more
Super friendly staff. Ordered a couple of loaded spuds. The manager asked if we minded waiting 15min for fresh ones and while we... waited, she offered us drinks and some nachos. Very nice of her. This is a great location. Read more
We went here for the first time just the other day. The sandwiches are pretty tasty?definitely a step up from a Subway. They... weren?t very filling though and for the price, not really worth it. If you?re going to get a side and a drink, I recommend thechips because the other sides came in really small plastic cups and although they tasted good, there just wasn?t much there. The soda cups were very generously sized, but couldn?t be easily refilled. When we initially were ready to order, one of theolder ladies in back was barking orders at the young kids up front and no one was manning the registers. While we stood therewaiting, a line formed that went all the way to the door. Eventually one of the girls turned around and just walked away fromthe group to start taking our order. After ordering, we noticed that one of the tables had something spilled all over it thatlooked like vomit but was probably soup. A fellow customer eventually covered it in napkins after no one came to clean it. Wewere pleased with the quick service as our food came out promptly, however one of the four orders was wrong and it was one whichhad been modified according to a dairy allergy so we had to send it back and wait for them to fix it. While we were there, theyproceeded to get at least one thing wrong in every order after ours. Every single group of diners had to walk to the counterand return something to have it fixed. One thing I do have to say though, the staff was endlessly polite about the mistakes andfixed them as quickly as possible. All these mistakes were costing them time to get behind on the line of new orders though. Ithink we will probably go elsewhere next time even though it was not bad food. The bathrooms were accessible to everyone. Ididn?t go inside to see if they were clean. I can say they had the AC cranked up nice and high which was a welcome relief fromthe triple digit heat. The most horrible experience I've ever had at McAlister's. My daughter sandwich was supposed to be Italian. Don't know what it... was. Salad must have been frozen. So cold I couldn't easy it. That little black thing was unknown. Nasty nasty nasty. NOGODDESS DRESSING. Had to use ranch.. Didn't even have the energy to take it back. ???????????????????? And box is definitelysmaller than Shreveport. Let me be clear. This is Mansfield Texas. Not Shreveport LA. Read more
Food was great but the front service staff acts like it's a burden to do help anyone. Asked for a drink refill and watched two... employees argue over who should or will refill my drink. Both walked away from me as I was waiting. Finally got my refill.Don't think I'll be back at this location for a good while. Didn't feel welcomed. Read more
