This McDonalds has a tricky location and very busy parking lot. That is the one negative. I'm overlooking that because you... offer more options of the shareable family meals (on the app only) than any other McDonalds nearby. This place is an absolute joke ???? Placed an order, pulled up to the drive thru to retrieve it?. No acknowledgment. Pulled up... to the window and the employees were waving their arms at me, wouldn?t even come to the window and speak to me. When theyfinally realized that I wasn?t leaving, a manager reluctantly came to the window. I explained that I had placed a mobile orderand was picking it up. She said, ?we closed? (great grammar). I stated I placed a mobile order and was picking it up. She saidonce again ?we?ll, we closed? (there it was, once again ????). I advised my payment was processed and my order was placed priorto them closing as the app didn?t advise that they were closing. She looked at me and threw her hands up. I asked for her nameand she advise that she ?couldn?t give me her name?. Imagine that a manager without a name who can?t be recognized whether bador good ??????????? She slammed the window in my face and walked off. How about that for customer service? Keith Vanecek? gottado better and teach your employees A+ customer service. Such a joke ???? Never once gotten my order right. This time even gave back my receipt and bags because my McRib wasn?t given to me. They hand me... an extra bag with a sandwich in it?.it was a quarter pounder. The food was good but the customer service was awful. I stood at the register while the cashier was texting on her phone . She... looked up from her phone and saw me standing there and continued to text and then she finally decided to take my order. Itypically would have left but I was there getting breakfast for a co-worker of mine that was sick. Read more

Love me some McDonald's. This location is quite busy with fairly long lines at the drive-thru, but the cashiers are pretty quick... and the lines move through pretty fast. I love that the food is always served warm and I frequently drive through on my way homefrom work. I definitely recommend. Read more

I don't ever leave reviews however this needs to be shared. I have frequented this location for a few years now, and have run... across the usual of missing food or long wait times. However, I've never had an issue is this large. I ordered a quarter pounderwith cheese meal got halfway through the hamburger patty and this is what was found. The burger is not even cooked. It is goingto be hard for me to go back and trust this location. Here's hoping I don't get sick. Read more
