You better check to make sure the items are correct when you leave. Ordered 3 Big Breakfasts, a blueberry muffin and two sausage... McMuffins. Upon arrival at home we discovered that none of the 4 hashbrowns were included nor was the 2 sausage McMuffins. Wedid receive a sausage McGriddle we didn?t order. When we went back to explain the issue they completely denied any wrong doing,which was funny since I was holding a sandwich I didn?t order. They refused to make it right. Check before you leave. I put in a curbside order, but my app froze on the terms of service! I still can?t get past the agreement page. I called, and... Veronica picked up. She was so patient and heard me out and told me she didn?t get the order on her end, but walked me throughto try and find a confirmation email. I didn?t get one, but she assured me of it did go through, it will be refunded and I cango ahead and go through the drive through. Good costumer service good food
After a long spring break trip down to bandera Texas I ordered dinner for my family to the mobile app. Arrived picked up my... order went home all the food was good everything was good except I was missing an item. Today I went back to the store and withthe little bit of proving that I actually bought my food from there they replaced the item without much hassle.
