Brand recognition however, this is my first experience with anything PF Chang. I assume that this "To-Go" version is different... from the regular PF Chang's chain. I hope it is true because the take-out menu has the same basic elements as the menu fromChinese Island down the street, but marketed towards the affluent majority. I actually applaud that the custom pork egg rollsappear to be actually rolled in-house, and has sizable pork chunks. What I don't get is why the dipping sauce for the egg rollsis not good. Minus one star. I also don't get why there were mushrooms in my dish when I specifically requested no mushrooms andwas told that can be done. Minus another star. Read more

Loved this place since it opened, until tonite. We discovered a 8 inch piece of string cooked into the rice. If it was swallowed... definitely would require a trip to the E.R. . It was a delivery order sealed by the restaurant with packaging untouched. Bummed.I loved this place. Hurry Pei wei and open, please? Read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Ordered from here tonight and the chicken is RAW. I pray to god I don't get food poisoning. ... I'm not one to file complaints but this is absolutely NOT OKAY. Read more

The food was delicious! The prices are high in my opinion for a take out place. You will pay around $20 for a dinner entree... per person. My lunch plate with a lunch appetizers was $19 after tax. The lunch portion was a decent size, no complaintsthere. Read more

Ordered the honey chicken and did not deliver with the PF Chang?s taste I was expecting. Flavor was bland, really disappointing... since this is so close to my house. I will give it a couple more tries since they just opened and it?s so convenient. EDIT: Themanager made an effort to get in touch with me to remake my order, which spoke volumes. Give this place a little time to adjustand our PF Chang?s tastes will be satisfied. :) Read more

Great service so far. Yes, it can take a while to get your food but they are upfront about the wait times. For the people... complaining about not being able to order food quickly, get over it. I would rather them know what they can handle and turnpeople away then pit out poor quality food because they have to many orders to handle. This also allows them to give you thefood when promised. I've already ordered from them 6 times and every time it has been ready when promised. I appreciate what youguys are doing and how you are handling everything. You can't make anyone happy in this new cancel culture world. Read more

Brand new and kicking it with the amazing customer service! Are the wait times long right now? yes but it is day 4 give some... grace. They are completely up front up with how long it will take for your order and it is ready exactly when they say it willbe! Having worked in hospitality I know how hard it is to time everything in a kitchen & keep customers happy. In the beginningthis means they have to cut off orders because they know their capacity! This is great honesty with themselves & guests. Iwould rather know that my food will be made right and great but take a while. Rather than be promised a time and then waitforever or be told they can?t provide! Super excited to continue dining here as we finally have something other than a chickenplace on broad! Read more

Got to enjoy them before they opened, and James and Miranda treated my allergies (gluten and dairy) with such respect. I don't... remember the last time I got to have a fried rice meal, and it was delicious. Their spicy chang was delicious and not terriblyspicy if you're afraid to try it! I plan on coming often :) (pictured is edamame, the gf spicy chang on fried rice and the gfginger chicken and broccoli on fried rice) Read more
