This was the worst experience I've had at Panera. It was almost $35 for just me and my 5 year old. My teriyaki bowl was gross... and I've ordered it dozens of times. It was over cooked and way over sauced and the broccoli was soggy and gross. My soup wascold. And she didn't give me a receipt, which is the second time. If you go back and ask for one, they act like it's an act ofcongress to get one for you. I won't be returning any time soon. Read more
As if quality at this location could get any worse, I drive through today to get a salad asked for grilled chicken, and an... unsweet tea. No one seems to know which tea is unsweet, one day black, today green, and then no, it?s black, only to be rushedto park in the number one slot so they can get the person behind me before I can even ask for sweet and low. Then guy walks outwith the smallest salad I?ve ever seen for 10.90 and of course no chicken- sucks enough when you are diabetic and need proteinand trying to get something healthy! And last but not least? Apparently there is no choice for bread or apple, so they give youbread like everyone can eat it?? Last time I will ever give this place a chance, they make McAllister?s look like a Red Lobster!So disappointing that I can?t even eat it now! I moved here 3 months ago and have been coming to this Panera at least a couple times a week. Every time I come here they give... me a different size cold brew every time and charge me different prices !!! I will no longer visit this Panera. They lost mybusiness because they can?t figure out what a large no ice cold brew is. Read more
First visit?..ordered inside for takeout. Inside appeared dingy in dining area, carpet sticky. Had the wrap, ok, skimpy on meat&... veggie but decent flavor?.just too much tortilla. Register staff friendly with multiple greetings. Have had much betterexperiences at other Panera locations Read more
Don't go here often . showed up 4:30 in the afternoon and the place was dead besides one other couple and they're doing... business. Was amazed that there were at least four dirty tables one of them covered with dirty dishes and both trash cans hadabsolutely overflowing bins inside and on top of them full of old dishes look like they hadn't done the dishes in 2 weeks! Ordered doordash from here, the Dasher drops off one small bag of food missing half of my order. So I tried to call them three... times every single time they did not answer. See the picture below for how busy they were there was four people inside and therewas three cars in the Drive-Thru. Then I had to wait for them to make my food so they didn't even make it in the first place. Iasked for a refund for doordash since I still had to go to the store to pick up my food the manager said she will try to calldoordash and get one. Never heard anything back from her except my pizza was almost done. This is a bunch of high schoolersworking here but don't care about you or your food. Read more
I love this place, soups are amazing, my kids love the bread bowl soup. If you are a bread fan, try the Asiago cheese bagel. The... one thing I wish they can improve is their coffee, it is too light and almost tasteless! No wonder they started the $9/monthcoffee rewards program, it is not worth it! Read more
I drive by this location often and gave it try but I will continue driving past them in the future My experience was a 23 minute... wait from the MENU BOARD! for a 9.95 tuna sandwich on cold hard stale bread. You got me but never again. Read more
