Do not order from this location. I ordered from the app and set this location for my pickup order for 7pm since I was going to... be in the area at that time. I show up at 7pm only to be told my order isn't ready and it's gonna be another 20 minutes. This isapparently not an anomaly since the guy in front of me was told his order also wasn't ready and it'd be 30 extra minutes. Whilewaiting, another customer was telling me this happens all the time and it's even worse if you order for delivery. If youabsolutely have to get pizza from this place at 7pm, set your order for 6pm and it MIGHT be ready. Read more

Can you say hairy pizza!!! I found not just 1 strand of long brown straight hair, but 3. The first one i found while chewing?... how disgusting! Someone was either really shedding or deliberately placed them there, as they were bake under the toppings.Do not order from here! Read more

0 stars!!! Took over 2.5 hrs to receive our pizza they charged our card , wouldn't answer their phone to cancel the order after... 1.25 hrs. When it said 42min to 50min. So they just lost another customer. Worst Pizza delivery experience ever. My order was sent through doordash instead of an actual Papa Johns worker. The Doordasher... went three cities over from my address; even though they claimed to have known where it was because he lived in the area. CalledPapa Johns to question what was going on and got the run around and was not helped in any way. They are telling me they can'tremake or resend an order out to me. It's over an hour past the delivery time and my family still has no dinner. Sorry doesn'tput the pizza on my table to feed my family. Unprofessional, and nonchalant with no customer service skills.
