I?m glad to see this business is still going strong and was happy to visit while in town. Nonetheless, service was lacking and... it seems the rich flavor the crispy noodles dishes once had has been watered down for the Mansfield location. I am torn. On one hand the food is great, pho made fresh with rich soup and amazing taste. On the other hand, the service is... non-existent. Maybe the waitress is having a bad day, but she barely spoke to us during the order, gave us 2 water for 3 people,didn?t provide straws, didn?t check in us at all during the meal. Matter of fact she never came back to the table again.Gentlemen from the kitchen brought us food, which again is fabulous. To be fair the owner did come check on our table once. Soyeah I?m torn. Terrible service, I?m astonished by how they handled a simple error in ordering since they have two shrimp spring rolls, one has... pork and For religious reasons I don?t eat that. When I brought this to the waiter?s attention her reaction was livid. Irepeated what I ordered and literally showed them the menu. She had lots of back talk for something so simple. They made thismistake twice? and then while taking my little girl to the bathroom really quickly they cleared out table. Then they took 45 minto give me my last order which I paid for. The food was on point but I didn't feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer. I ordered X29 and asked if it could be made into... a combination plate (adding chicken and shrimp) The gentleman who took my order was great and initially he wasn't sure so hewanted to check which I had no problem with. He goes and brings back a lady I'm assuming to be the manager and I tell her what Iwant. She says no me don't have combination and say I'll pay the upcharge for the additional. She looks confused at first andthen tells me that it's going to be "Expensive" Ok, so it ends up being $5 for each addition. That was the 1st hurdle. 2ndhurdle I come back to pick up my food and I ask if they added fish sauce for the egg rolls the gentleman showed me it was addedin to the container holding my egg rolls I starting to say thank you and the manager interjects and says no and looking at himin her language I'm assuming that there is a charge for the fish sauce. I'm already aggreviated and the gentleman stepped in andsaid something to her in their language "No leave it" again assuming but that was the just. The thing is if someone is willingto pay for good food presented the way they want, "Why would you try to make them feel bad about ordering it" I'm paying for it.I'll end with this. My pho was pretty good. Nice savory broth and tender meat. They only give you one lime wedge, 4 jalapeno coins and that's about... it. My wife's shrimp fried rice and egg rolls were at best, pedestrian. The thing that does this place in however is their uglyattitude. I told the waitress I needed about an extra minute and i got an ugly look and she just turned and walked away. Then asI ordered, I wanted to place an order for take out as well and before I could even tell her this, she already was starting towalk away, With that sour look on her face. No smiles, they didn't even ask me how my meal was upon paying. That uglinessdoesn't change the taste of the food, but it does change the mood of me eating there. Read more

Been here several times and never really liked this place much. Unfortunately, Mansfield is very limited in terms of decent,... healthy restaurants, so we go back once in a while. We will not return here again after our experience today. Ordered arice/veggie dish and asked for less sauce. After the dish was brought out waiter apologized that this did not happen and said?sorry, next time.? There was a hair found in the soup ordered. Notified the lady at the register who said ?ok.? Never offeredto re-make the bowl or discount. Very unfriendly staff. Customer service is definitely low on their priority. Read more

I would give a very fair review of our experience after eating here about 5+ times. The service from the initial staff you... encounter who take the order is very concerning. There seems to be a racial discrimination and behaviour towards people ofcolour at this place which needs to be brought to the attention of agencies regulating Food service in Texas. It is veryunacceptable considering how tasty most of their foods are but how unacceptable their service is..the lady that took our orderon Sunday August 7th at 12:55pm was the last straw that broke the camel's back. She was harsh, impatient and almost feltbothered that our amily of 5 came to eat there..she used an inappropriate tonation, essentially just took away the menu andwalked off. If she was having a bad day, I can understand but considering this has happened to us several times while theirservice to other people( upon observation) is more courteous. Great vegan menu. I got the V5 and my carnivore wife ate more of my food than her own!
