I order delivery through DoorDash and waited for my food to be delivered. After looking at the door dash app it kept telling me... my order was arriving soon but I never received my order. I waited a few and called the location only to be talked to a in avery rude manner by the manager Paula. She was very inconsiderate kept telling me I ordered carry out instead of delivery whichwas not true I had the app info to prove that. She was very unprofessional and kept talking over me. I will not patronize thisestablishment again. The manager definitely needs more training in customer service. Read more
Last night I encountered the RUDEST employee ever at this location (Paula) or at least that what she told me her name was she... didn?t have a name tag on. I placed an online order just before 11pm last night for delivery. The website advised me that theorder had to be over $12 for delivery, so I added more items. The order was accepted and the delivery tracker advised the orderwould be delivered at 11:16. Well after 11:20 I decided to call because the order was still showing in the getting preparedstate. I decided to call the location when I encounter this rude employee Paula, I began to inquire about the order deliveryexplaining what the online system was showing me. Paula go on to say we are not delivering your order, I asked so were you goingto call and tell me that. She goes on to say NO I WASNT GONNA CALL YOU THATS NOT MY JOB I DONT NEED TO CALL YOU. WE DONT DELIVERTHE LAST HOUR OF THE NIGHT. I said well the order is showing that it?s still pending your completion before delivery. Shecontinued to be rude and didn?t want to hear nothing I was saying. I ended the call and drove up to the store. I enter the storeand begin to explain myself once again and show the employee what I was seeing on my end, which she DID NOT CARE!! She went tosay that?s not my problem we don?t deliver in the last hour so you have to pick it up. She rudely advised that she wasn?t givingme the pizza since I matched her energy and cancelled my order. I am seeking further information on this store location as thismatter needs to be resolved. Shout out to Miss Omni!!! If she's not a manager, she definitely should be. I walked in less than 10mins before close and she... was still happy to take my order, plus she even let me use a coupon!!! I felt bad walking in as they were closing up, and wasalmost sure I'd be turned away, but they demonstrated that THERE ARE still wonderful souls out there!!! This is the absolute WORST experience I?ve ever had with Pizza Hut.. the last one was terrible and I complained, so I decided to... give them another shot.. bad idea. THE FOOD WAS NOT EDIBLE. I have no clue what?s going on at the store at 2851 Matlock Rd #614Mansfield,TX, but it seriously needs to be shut down. The pizza looked and tasted like it was cooked several days ago. It wassoggy, drenched with grease, old colder than an ice cub when delivered to me. The wings were also cold, soggy, and extremelyhard like a rock. Couldn?t eat either item. To top it all off the delivery driver handed me the food and the wing sauce wasspilled all over the pizza box and dripping everywhere. I had to throw away all of the food so I?m still starving and I lost$25.52 to make it even better. What a terrible company to let one of their stores run this way. I mean just mind blowing. Terrible manager terrible customer service. Second time that my pizza wasn?t delivered ordered online never got it manger forgot... to hang up the phone I heard everything she said and making fun of me . Ordered 12 boxes for our kids and grands. Arrived on time by a friendly driver. The pizza was amazing. Everyone was... astonished at the quality of the ingredients. It was also 'hot' like it just came out of the oven, vs. other deliveries whenyour pizza arrives cold or warm. Great job Pizza Hut -- keep up the quality. Read more
