Way overpriced. The food is good, but unless you ask specifically for "extra" you barely get any toppings. I like the... customizable aspect, and the quality of ingredients - just not the cost to amount of food ratio I would like to pay. First time. Clean inside, friendly greeting. You build it the way you want it. Went with the regular and more toppings than you... imagine. Very fresh and walked out very happy with our decision to stop in. Will be back. Read more
I wish I could say I had a great experience but I can't. I do frequent reviews on every establishment I visit. I'm left stunned... and disgusted from this visit at the Mansfield location. The 2 stars are for the ingredients and the ONE individual who wasattentive and personable. It was my daughter's first time here and talk about it being ruined. We were rushed through the line,the bento boxes weren't bento boxes, but the small dressing cups with a teaspoon of ingredients in it. I don't believe it wouldbe filling to a 3 year old. We waited patiently in line behind several patrons and thought we'd have the same amount of timethey had to choose our ingredients, we weren't so lucky. There's definitely not just a shortage of some ingredients but ashortage of personality and customer service. Do better! I do not recommend this location. $30 bucks later and I'm leftdisappointed and disgusted. Read more
Salad here is really good. Only problem I have is it's not worth 15 dollars. Restaurant wasn't really clean either.
$20 for a salad that?s half full. Unfortunately this location continues to short change. Try the Salata in Fort Worth, you?ll... definitely get your moneys worth there! And when I called to complain, I actually heard the employees mocking me in thebackground. Not great customer service at this location! I am thankful they returned my money, but definitely will not bereturning! Here?s an additional tip, go into the restaurant to order a salad if you do decide to visit. The amount you get isdrastically different from if you?re standing in front of them while they make your salad versus ordering it on door dash. Yum!! Best salad ever. I'm usually not a salad lover but wanted something healthy with all the holiday junk food I've had... lately. Soooo filling and delicious! And the croissants are super fresh and soft! I placed my order online and it was ready ontime. Super happy with my experience. Read more
Gritty, dirty greens. Only about a tablespoon of salsa (if that). Also only 4 small cubes of chicken. Nothing was fresh.... Horrible!!! (And I am not a picky person). And to top it off, $15 for a dirty, stale, droopy, dry salad. Terrible!! I don'tthink it even deserves a star at all. Read more
