Friday 8/26, 8:30 pm. Ordered ahead, after sons baseball practice, for 9:15 pick up. Arrived 9:10-9:15. "Greeter" watching TV,... nobody in line. My son(8) said, "excuse me, we have pick-up order for Nolan". It said nothing / looked at window / looked atregister screen / said "We didn't get your ticket". Note: These are the only word spoken to us, by this person, the entirevisit. I said, "It was an online order, let me go get my phone w/ the confirmation, otherwise I'm just out $25." No response.As we went to car, others came in. They were GREETED with "Welcome to slim chicken's, can I help you?" Came back in w/ phone,and someone I assumed was the manager looked over the "greeter's" shoulder and said " We have your order." I said, " forNolan?" She nodded. I said, " Well, welcome to Slim Chickens". The others received their order, sat and ate. I watched asour order got mixed in with a drive through order. Then got split back out. Our drinks sat maybe 10 min, going flat as ourorder was finally put together. It sat while the "greeter" swept the dining area. I said, " I think our order is ready, can weplease have our dinner?" It took the broom and dust pan to the back, moved our order to the TOGO counter looked at me, andpointed to the food. As we got up, It went to the back. I said, " Thanks for coming in, enjoy your dinner. Come back and seeus." No response. While we walked out, more customers were walking in. I heard it say, "welcome to Slim Chickens, can I helpyou?" Then it hit me, I am being F'ed with. We got in car. drinks were flat. One tasted like dish water, poured it out. Gothome food was delicious. Always is. My family does not appreciate being treated poorly. I get it. I am a white, 40+,straight, father, citizen. I raise my son to treat everyone, the way you would like to be treated. This place has potential.. the food is good. However, the staff could care less about you getting your food and when you do get... it it?s either missing something or incorrect. So I kept hearing about this place and because I had to tent to business on this side, we decided to try it. I was a bit... disappointed. The customer service was great. I loved the food options. We ordered wings, okra, a shake and a drink. I wasdisappointed because there was wing bones and fries on the floor when we walked in. I assumed it would be cleared but it wasstill there until we finished eating. (Maybe 45 minutes). Also the most disappointing was our food. So I asked for the wings tobe "wet" he said they don't do that (no big deal) but when I got them, only half the wing had very little sauce, and the otherhalf was completely dry, no sauce at all. Like if they took a teaspoon and threw it on them and wherever it landed, that was it.So I asked for extra sauce and he brought me out this little sauce condiment and it was freezing. So I just dipped it and let itwarm in my mouth. The okra had more sauce on it then my wings and I was upset about the delivery (how it looked). So I had sweetand tangy okra and half dipped dry wings... I'll try another location in another city. Hopefully a better experience. Order was incorrect, manager was really sarcastic when asked if he good fix. Once he fixed it he shoved it outside the drive... thru window with the box open and said is this good enough. I told him to credit my card, I rather not eat the food. Nocustomer service what so ever. Please count your wings before leaving out. This is the 3rd time my order was short. Read more
Don?t bother! This place will give you a pickup time that is nowhere near the time your food will be done. You?ll be easily... waiting over 30 minutes past your order time. All while the lobby is empty. Food isn?t even worth it! Read more
I gave a 5 star rating 8 months ago however this is not the first time when I order the large Mac n cheese the container is not... even filled. $5-$6 for this is not worth it. Do better. Read more
Would have given 2.5 but had to gonto 2 couldn't bring myself to give a 3. I ordered a Buffalo wrap but instead ended up with... this green wrap with mostly lettuce. There was 1 piece of chicken that was cut in half so 1/2 a strip per half. The hungrystrip meal was good thus the 50/50 good vs bad. Read more
So I went here to try the chicken wings.They were delicious and I loved the Texas Toast bread .I wish the fries were hot .I wish... there was more flavors of the wings but overall I would most definitely recommend this place!!! Read more
