The customer service is amazing now that they?re under new management. I was in need of something to help me feel better after a... case of food poisoning. Michelle, the General Manager, recommended the perfect smoothie and explained why its specificingredients would help. She even went as far as ensuring I was pleased with the taste before I left. I had stop coming to this location due to declining customer service although this location is a mile from my house. Well today... I made a visit and had the greatest customer service experience from a worker by the name of Q. The level of service he providedat the driver through was OUTSTANDING. Slowest smoothie king I've ever been to. No customer service, like they cannot be bothered to tend to customers and then the... smoothies aren't properly blended making it taste chunky and grainy. Read more

Usually when ingredients are out customers would be informed. I ordered a daily warrior with strawberries and it was made... without blueberries or strawberries. If I had known they were out of blueberries I would have asked for something different tobe put in. To make it worse before blending it, they added a lot of extra water making the whole thing watery after they didblend it, so to compensate they added extra ice. The result of that was basically slush not a smoothie. I was very disappointed.I don?t know how long that new management sign has been up but they need to work on their training they?re staff. I agree with recent reviews, this location sucks. Walked in and the gnats flying around were annoying. There was dead gnats on... the countertops and this location didn?t look clean. The staff should be required to wear uniforms and be well groomed. Thesmoothies cost too much to have to deal with flies and dingy stations. Won?t ever step foot into this location again. Read more

Walked in with my family to order and without exaggeration about 5 of the girls are on their phones huddled together. When... placing a order it seemed like I was disturbing them. I?m not sure about the want to be there or if they just want the moneyuntil another option is viable, however please understand that any position you accept includes responsibilities and duties thatwere accepted for exchange of a paycheck. Whatever you do give 110% otherwise you yourself as an owner wouldn?t be in businesslong if that was standard. Will not be back due to customer service, Thank you. Read more

Sooo since I felt hungry thought I would stop by Smoothie King and get something healthy? and cause I?m watching my sugar I got... a Keto Berry? I never knew the previous GM, however this new GM is fantastic! Her name is Michelle, She goes above and beyond to give great... customer service. I've ordered from her before, and she's always been happy and bubbly over the speaker. One time I forgot mywallet at work which was 20 minutes away , and she still gave me the smoothie saying saying things happen everybody forgetssometimes and that we are all in it together.
