Drove from Prosper to enjoy some Pho because we couldn't find any we like in Prosper or surrounding areas yet. Spent $90 on food... and was so disappointed. I ordered a few LG veggie pho and added meat to them. It was all to go as we were going to family houseto enjoy with them. The mushrooms and baby corn were added to the broth and everything else was on the side which was fine.Except the broth was SUPER SALTY! LIKE INEDIBLE!! WE HAD TO ADD WATER TO THE BROTH TO EVEN ATTEMPT TO EAT IT. My mom sufferswith high blood pressure and just couldn't stand it even with water. Idk if the broth itself was salty or the veggies they addedin but it was such a waste. The chicken was 4 little pieces and the oxtail was all bone/fat/ and gristle. I also ordered a feworders of spring rolls and egg rolls and fried rice. The spring rolls were great. Egg rolls so so and the rice was okay too. Ithink my mom took pictures. I'll add if she does. Not authentic Pho. Broth was ok, but meats were overcooked. Staffs are friendly & caring. I had a pleasant experience

I?m a loyal customer that goes to Sprouts on a regular basis. I?ve called several times and know they close at 8:30. I was at... CVS and looking to pick up a quick order. Called around 8:15 and the young lady who answer said they were closed. The websitestates they close at 8:30 but she insisted that particular day they closed at 8 and then hung up. Just poor customer service.Sprouts is going downhill with customer service and quality of food. It is a very convenient take out on broad but I will goelsewhere for now on. Read more
