We got here about 9:30 Saturday evening. The quality of food and service her here is just in continuous decline. We stood at... the register waiting to order while watching 4 people standing in back just chit chatting and laughing. Finally ordered and Icouldn't believe what we received. The burrito I ordered is below. A bit of sauce and some cheese and nothing but tortilla. This is the 2nd time in a few weeks. I don't think I'll be coming back. Read more

I got the grilled cheese burrito box and it was not eatable the burrito was dripping in grease and was flat. The taco I got had... two small pieces of meat in it and that's it. The employee were being very rude and ignoring customer. A lady for uber eats camein and she kept asking the employee for the uber order and they just looked at her and walked away not saying anything. I willnot return. Read more
Avoid this place Horrible, they have the kiosk. No service at all, you wait and wait and wait because the kiosk doesn't take... cash. The people in the photo started trying to order around 25 minutes ago, before I walked in. Read more
I worked for Taco Bell so I know the company has high standards. This location is by far the worst Taco Bell I've e9??7?5ver... been to. Every time I go they mess up the order but this time the meat had a weird taste. Read more
There's a huge show about ordering through your app to get Mexican pizza today. It is 10:15 p.m. and the app is not allowing me... to order the Mexican pizza. Spoke with the manager and manager refused to let me order the Mexican pizza at the window. Themanager's name is tj. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced as I am getting penalized when it's Taco Bell'sapp that's not working. No other solution was granted or offered. Read more
Worst Taco Bell, ever. The staff is nowhere to be found, takes 7-10 minutes just to put your order in with only 2 cars in front... of you. People are very impatient and rude, food almost never comes out right. Would not recommend this Taco Bell! Better todrive to Alvarado or Arlington, you?ll get there before Mansfield even takes your order! Read more
I have to say I actually thought this Taco Bell might end up being one of the best ones. But when I went there just the other... day all I ordered was 3 Fiesta potatoes with naco cheese only, and when I finally got my order all 3 of my Fiesta potatoes onlyhad like 5 or 6 potatoes in the bowl, didn't when cover the bottom of the bowl, and so when I asked the "manager" if I could getmore potatoes he act like it was coming out of his pay check to make my order right. And I literally sat there for almost 30mins for my potatoes until I finally got up and asked him of the potatoes were done cooking, cause they had to throw a new batchin the fryer. And when he brought me them they didn't have any cheese just potatoes. I was really disappointed, cause I reallythought this place was going to be better then the rest of them, but I guess not. And the manager needs to be more stern withthese kids working there cause as I was waiting 2 people came back with food missing and he act like it was no big deal. Read more
