The food is good, but the only problem I have is that I don't think the employees wash their hands when leaving the restroom. ... Today there was no toilet paper in either stall, no paper towels to dry your hands on, the air dryer has never worked. Myhusband witnessed an employee today not flushing the toilet or washing his hands and going back to the kitchen where the foodwas being prepared. That's disgusting! Read more

I had a dream they shut this roach infested good burger hood burger low lives favorite dirty meat sandwich spot down. When will... a real manager work there. The kids are slow and unwilling to work this as a job and not a hang out spot that pays while youplay. Come on Wendy's. Do better. Read more
Wendy?s at Mansfield charging .60 cents for an extra bbq sauce .Call manger Ana she try?s to justify due to shortage of products... .But, you will be short of work like that you are running your customers away . You will end up without a job . You don?t treatcustomers in that manner Especially when you are a regular . My family and I specifically go to this Wendy?s because of their fresh, hot food and friendly staff. When asked, they make... accurate special orders in a timely manner. We are regulars so a good number of the staff make small but meaningful chit chatduring our face to face interaction. To improve, I suggest they put a little bit more focus on the cleanliness of the inside ofthe restaurant. During the few times we have dined-in, we were not too impressed with this aspect of the restaurant. However,overall, I do not have much to complain about this Wendy?s restaurant. I've been to this location a few times in the past few weeks (for lunch break) to order me my usual bacon cheeseburger and I... just wanted to give the cooks and staff kudos for their quick service, friendliness, and for being one of the few restaurantsthat knows how to perfectly cook some bacon.
