Customer service at this Wendy's is very poor. The wait is always long just to get your food even when there is no one in the... drive through line. The staff do not even apologize for the long wait. Today, I made it to the window and was there for almost10 minutes just waiting. I could see the staff talking because the window was open. No one had the courtesy to explain thereason for the long wait or why I had not gotten my food. I finally got tired and drove away. The staff need to be trained onbetter customer service . Read more
Got entire order wrong and ruined whole dinner over an easy order, just didn't want to do their job correctly. There was no way... to get the order wrong unless you are incredibly lazy. I think this location has been understaffed since it even opened. I periodically attempt to patronize this location however I... am always thoroughly disappointed. I?ve sat in line upward of 20 minutes and more to never even make it to the menu to order.Today was my final attempt. Read more
