I really like this Whataburger location. The customer service is always Good here, except for the last time I visited. The... lady at the window that was taking the money and handing out orders was extremely rude. Did a mobile order?for one burger. Said max of 10 min for food. Told several times they are still working on it. After an hour... of waiting, I went and asked why I was still waiting. He went to the back, brought up the food. It was cold. It had been sittingfor a long time. It was a busy night, I chalked it up to a bunch of orders. No, it was sitting there the whole time. This whataburger takes the gold medal in worst experience. 1. It took 30 min to get to the window and then 10 more minutes to... get my food after I got to the window. I got a Hbcs. 2. My sandwich was cold. 3. My fries were cold and stale. 4. My dp wasflat. 5. There was so much sauce I couldn?t eat the sandwich after I heated it back up. 6. No napkins. Unusual today at lunch. Not extremely crowded, however our 2 meals din in order took way ? way too long. Taste of food was great... as usual, however they had no napkins for dining or paper towels in mens restroom. Did not use ladies restroom. Less than 100yards to major food retailer that I?m sure had napkins!!! Read more
From where I live these two what a burgers are extremely slow. Also everytime...every single time our fries are always little to... nothing! Always! This is ridiculous and sad! Please do better for your customers this is completely unacceptable! Read more
I was not going to leave a negative review, but Google specifically asked me to review this visit to Whataburger. Very slow... service. Took 18 minutes to get a single potato and egg taquito, even though the dining area was almost empty. And after thelong wait, when I bit into the sandwich in the car ? where?s the potato???? I just ordered a fry and a side of chicken gravy. The gravy wasn?t cooked all the way it was very gritty and chunky and chalky.... They fries taste old and were cold! I won?t be back.
