Absolutely the WORST wingstop ever. The employees and the MANAGER are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I placed an order at noon for future... pick up that afternoon at 4:30. Upon arriving my husband was told it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes passed and he still did nothave anything. When he went back to the register he was told they didn't get the order. SO WHAT WAS THE POINT OF SAYING "15minutes" what was that for?! They had him there for an hour. Then even AFTER he showed them the confirmation they said theycouldn't pull it up and that they would start working on it. After more waiting they NEVER STARTED PREPARING ORDER. When myhusband finally gave up and asked for a refund they didn't want to give him one until they saw he was relentless. The managerthen came out and RUDELY started kicking out my husband. Saying "what do you want???" And point at the door. My husband askedfor a receipt that proved a refund and when manager printed it out the manager dropped the receipt in water. When my husbandasked for a new one the manager, still rude, printed a new one and told my husband to leave. NEVER EVER go to this wingstop. Iwill be going as far as finding who owns this wingstop and letting them know how poorly it is being managed. The owner is losingbusiness and customers because of these incompetent people. Read more
This location has gotten horrible each time I?ve ordered. My order is always incorrect and don?t bother ordering the Cajun corn... because you will never receive it. I keep trying to give them a chance because my family loves Wingstop but this will be my lasttime ordering from this location. Read more
PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS AND DON'T SECOND GUESS!! They do what they want without hesitation.. I ordered a 8 PC combo Lemon... Pepper well done and THEY DECIDED to pour some kind of liquid on my wings.... Then when I called, said they are the onlylocation that does this, there is truth to that because I order Lemon Pepper from Little Rd and never saw anything like this...They decided to experiment with my food, then when I called, played dumb... Ask for my meal to be comped and decline but offeredfor yet my gas to be wasted to drive back up there.. The Nerve!!!! Next time I will take my happy Lil tail to the location Iknow that does business right... Mansfield restaurants are becoming grosser by the day... Ebony was our server, and she did it with a smile. The food was great, the restaurant was so very clean, and this was our first... visit ever to Wingstop. The manager Cameron was very engaging and friendly. We'll definitely be visiting this one on Broad St inMansfield again. Check them out, you won't be sorry. Read more
This is my favorite wing stop restaurant. We order online last friday and they were super busy, but our food was out pretty... quick after we got to the restaurant and the guys behind the counter were very nice and courteous. We were in Arlington by theparks mall and we drove all the way to broad to go to this wing stop because we really think is the best. Check it out next timeyou are acing wings. Read more
Just called to order food. It is 30 min. before closing and I was told that they stop taking orders 10 min. Ago!! How??? It... doesn't take that long to make wings. The restaurant doesn't close until 11pm. Why is it ok for them to close early?? Justbecause they want to go home early. This has got to be a Texas thing. No kind of customer service or work ethic!! The customer service here is really bad! Especially ESPECIALLY at night! They really do what they want. I use to love Wing-stop... and since moving to Mansfield I am starting to HATE it! I asked for my wings well done through the app & they would never do it.Now I have to come in person to order and make sure that my wings are well done because I don?t eat slimy chicken.
