Their delivery closes same time as their doors, and they?ll refuse service to you unless you?re in a car, insisting there?s... nothing they can do and that their delivery actually is open. Couldn?t get an Uber to just run through the drive they either.Unhelpful and upsetting. Read more
They seem short staffed. The crew is yelling a lot at each other. Many people are waiting to order and then long waits for food.... Several tables were dirty. The food was all correct and mostly good other than the fries being a bit over cooked. Read more
Worst place to try and doordash. They always forget straws or literally all my sauces and they like to confirm orders they can't... make because they're always out of something. Happens dine in, drive thru and delivery. Would not recommend, there's anotherone near by that is better. P.s. I've gone through the drive thru 3 times because they kept messing up my order before I gaveup, still with the wrong order. Read more
A male worker left me with an extremely uneasy feeling at 2:30 am. He was putting on a fake, very robotic voice when taking... drive through orders. Then, when he told me my total at the 1st window and I gave him my card, he stopped the act for a secondand used his normal voice. After that, when I looked up at him to take my card back he gave me this really scary stare as hecontinued in the fake voice again on the drive thru mic. I?m not sure if he was messing with me but if you are a woman drivingalone at night, its not funny. Very bad vibes will not be returning. Read more
Service has been better after the renovation. But I think the nuggets has a different recipe now.
The Sweet Tea I had tasted like chemicals, the fries had no salt, and you can see how the sandwich came out. I understand this... is fast food and I?m not one to normally complain but this was ridiculous. Now I remember why I stopped going to McDonald?s.Better off getting takeout at Applebees or a restaurant. Same amount of wait time. Mildly infuriating experience. Read more
