Absolutely rude people and horrible experience. Went to get ice cream with my six-year-old son. They made his ice cream first so... he obviously pulled his mask down a little and began to eat it why they made my milkshake. We were six feet away from theemployees and there were no other customers. Employee was extremely rude to my six-year-old told him to put his mask back on andstop eating his icecream. Read more
Came in at 6 and was greeted with a smile and a "welcome in!" Was helped by a worker and she was great. Helped me pick a flavor... for my sundae and made it quick. I left very satisfied with the custermer service. Read more
This was unreal. Even with one person in front of us, and two people behind the counter it took us 10 min to get service. The... first order of a milk shake we were told we couldn't have that flavor because it was frozen. Yep, ice cream was frozen. It tookthe employee 10 min to make the shake after we gave another flavor. Our second order of two sundaes looked bare because they hadshut the fudge warmer off and it was hardening up and she had a hard time dishing it out. Then came the whip cream....as soon asshe put it on the sundae it went flat from being warm. Will not return and am very disappointed. Read more
Ice cream is always delicious, but on the visit the shop was busy. Only 2 workers, one quick and apologetic the other, slow... slow slow, not a word from her. She looked and acted like it was the last place she wanted to be. Read more

I always order the same thing which is the Reese?s sundae and a Coca Cola. I decided to switch it up and get the snickers sundae... this time. They barely filled it up halfway and gave me the little spoon for my sundae. They always give you the big spoons.Won?t be ordering again as I paid $9.98 for the sundae and did not get my moneys worth. Very disappointed and unhappy. Read more
