Would give 0 stars if we could. Went out to dinner while out on vacation and we?re met with no greeting, then the gentleman said... to follow them and Sat my husband myself and our 3 children without saying anything. We sat there for 10 minutes with no onecoming by for drinks, not even to say they will be with us in a minute or anything. They didn?t even acknowledge we were thereeven through we made eye contact with 4 of them. Terrible customer service and attentiveness. In fact there was none. Not surewho the manager is but I would suggest finding someone who knows how to run a team or train for customer service. Super bummedbecause we were looking forward to dinner out as a family especially being our kiddos don?t eat out in restaurants all the time.We walked out without a word from staff as they saw us leave (shocker). I would not choose to give this location our business.Super disappointed. Read more
A huge shotout to bartender Latoya! As customers were being warned that the kitchen was backed up and that it would be a while... before they were seated, customers started turning their business elsewhere. Latoya is very business minded and professional.She cares about her work and the importance of customer retention. Not sure where management was, didn't even notice them on thefloor, but Latoya was aware of all things and took care of business. This girl needs some praise for her hard work, a raise andpromotion. Good food for a family outing.
Last day and I wanted to have something different. I ended up here and must say I'm glad I found this diner. Happily surprised... over the food. My waitress greeted me with joy and helped me to make my choices. Recommended me a combo menu with chicken andshrimps. It came out sizzling and hot, alot of food (like all other places in America, love it). Flavours was very good and Ienjoyed my lunch/dinner alot. Shrimps had perfect consistency, the one I like with some mastication, and the chicken was veryjuicy with a fantastic flavour. I wonder if it is barbequed over charcoal. My cousin said it's not the best place but I was veryhappy I went there anyway. I was STUFFED, hard to breath lol but I just had to try the skillet chocolate chip cookie and it'sto die for! I've always wanted to try one at a restaurant instead of baking it at home and what a joy! The cold vanilla icecream on top and a warm cookie, it's a wow for me. And the cookie was soft inside and crunchy on the outside, come on I was inheaven there lol. Very sweet and you can share this one, a big dessert!
