I would give 0 star, if there was an option. I ordered my food online worth of $38. When I went inside to pick up my order I... had to wait for 15 minutes and when finally they bought my food out I asked for the red chili sauce on the side, since I didn?tadd that into my burrito. The girl who was handling my food to me said they can?t give me sauce on the side for free since Iordered online. I have to pay for it. She said that?s what my manager said. I was like really. I told her if I can talk to hermanager, she went inside and brought me the sauce. Why would they take orders online if they can?t provide the same customer service to all the customers. Read more
Came here 1.5hrs before closing and they had already started shutting down for night. Online order was not even started and had... to wait in line behind all the other customers to find out most proteins were out. Every single table was dirty. Everything single time I go there I always get disappointed with this place. As my family is vegetarian we have limited choice... over food. Firstly, they were out of guacamole. Secondly, they had no queso. Thirdly, we ordered a large bag of chips, that theydidn?t gave us. They messed up our order before to we thought it won?t happen again as we understand how busy it gets sometimesbut every time it makes no sense as if there?s no proper management.
