What?s happening to these peoples customer SATISFACTION SKILLS?!!! And the girl was so miserly with the portions that in one... instance she had nothing on the serving spoon and shook it over my item. Yikes!! I would give 0 star, if there was an option. I ordered my food online worth of $38. When I went inside to pick up my order I... had to wait for 15 minutes and when finally they bought my food out I asked for the red chili sauce on the side, since I didn?tadd that into my burrito. The girl who was handling my food to me said they can?t give me sauce on the side for free since Iordered online. I have to pay for it. She said that?s what my manager said. I was like really. I told her if I can talk to hermanager, she went inside and brought me the sauce. Why would they take orders online if they can?t provide the same customer service to all the customers. Read more

Came here 1.5hrs before closing and they had already started shutting down for night. Online order was not even started and had... to wait in line behind all the other customers to find out most proteins were out. Every single table was dirty. Everything single time I go there I always get disappointed with this place. As my family is vegetarian we have limited choice... over food. Firstly, they were out of guacamole. Secondly, they had no queso. Thirdly, we ordered a large bag of chips, that theydidn?t gave us. They messed up our order before to we thought it won?t happen again as we understand how busy it gets sometimesbut every time it makes no sense as if there?s no proper management. I tend to order through the app and I'm vegan. This location is clean. It's a very busy location and that's why I usually place... a mobile order. On several occasions they have gotten my order wrong, but are always willing to fix it. That's important, greatcustomer service. Read more

The food is excellent, my only complaint is the chips had way too much salt! When I asked if I could get some unsalted chips,... the response I got was " That's the way people like them " I thought that was kind of rude, I was basically told what I like andthen brushed off. That's really nice customer service skills coming from a manager. I'll be eating Chipotle and a differentlocation from now on. Read more
