First time visiting this location. The crew was short-staffed and they handled the crowd with precision five star plus customer... service. We were seated and received our drinks and were able to place our order very quickly. Food was cooked to our requestand was served in a timely manner. Food was ok, for a chain restaurant. I got the brisket melt, it was oddly sweet, and the meat was a little chewey. My wife got a... burger she didn't like much. The service was basically non existent. There are definitely better places in town for the pricebut its ok. Read more
I ordered 3 meals at 8:14 am for to go. It?s already an hour and my order is still not ready. ?Busy? should not be a reason.... They should know how to prioritize regardless if the order is to go or dine in. Of course, with dine in they get a tip but weall paid for our orders. They will give an estimated time. The moment I asked if it?s ready, they told me in 10 minutes. After10 minutes, I asked again but I was told another 10 minutes. They should not give false reassurance to their customers. I shouldhave gone to Ihop since I have never experienced this poor customer service experience. Read more

We hadn't been here for several years. It turned from a Denny's to something else, then back to Denny's. We were happily... surprised with our meal last week. Absolutely disgusting, it seems like every time we order to go, the food comes in small portions, no seasoning or flavors, cold,... and bland.
