Pretty good deals using their app. You can order thru app and pay at drive thru. Only gripe I have is cheese not melted on... burgers. Changes the taste of the burger. Read more
They act like they do not want you to order inside. You always have to holler into hidden kitchen to get someone to take your... order and that person is always mad at you for wanting to order, as punishment they take extra long to serve it Read more
We went for some nuggets and an ice cream last Thurs around 6 pm. Filthy store, floor was dirty and fries and napkins strewn... around. Every table was dirty, when I asked for a rag was told they were all in the wash????? First manager claimed she wasnew, then said she was experienced...but the order was wrong, the service was slow, and the place was empty..So , Why so dirty?Do not waste your money here. Read more
So tried this McDonalds again in Manteca. Clearly my receipt says no lettuce or onions! Looks like my Big Mac was manhandled.... When I got to the window the young man says here is your order. I asked what is in the bag ..he didn't even know! I had to lethim what I ordered and asked no lettuce right he didn't know. I got chicken nuggets for my husband and it was 20 piece I had toask for one more sauce who gives you 1 sauce for 20 piece! I worked in fast food in my teenage years I appreciated my job andalways made sure my orders were repeated and checked them....your Mgr needs to retrain all of you! I just moved here to Manteca this is the second time I went to this McDonald's gave them another try. When ordering the young... lady kept talking over me and I had to repeat my order 5 times. Took at least 20 min waiting at the drive through for my food.Got home which I am literally 10 min away fries were cold and my big Mac was missing a pattie yeah not going to this oneanymore! No one is ever at the counter to help. I was there for 30 minutes just waiting for my food and it took at least 10 minutes for... someone to help. They walk by you like you don't exist. Read more
