Every time I come, the ice cream machine is broken and I don't find out until it's too late for me back out of the line. 1st of... all put a sign up, And 2nd, the person taking the orders should be apologetic be apologetic instead of with an attitude!! Read more
If I could give negative stars I would; because I can't I will just leave a negative review. This review is solely based on the... customer service, not the food, because the food is the same at every location and nothing to write home about. I placed alarge order on the app thinking it would make my morning a little less hectic. Unfortunately that was not the case. On the appI selected curbside, however I came, parked and sat in the stall for 10 minutes. I finally decided to go inside the restaurantto see why there was a delay I asked the young lady tasked to curbside when car #4 would be ready. She said they go based onarrival. We'll, riddle me this riddler why did car #3 and car #5 (cars that arrived after us) receive their orders beforeme. So now I'm inside the restaurant for the 2nd time. And it turns out they never made my order and now they are scramblingand running into each other to work fast to get the order out. I finally get my order in multiple bags (they don't even havethe decency to put the multiple bags in the large shopping bags for the man that i assume they gave my order too initially).There was never an apology for the delay. I'll give a 3 because other employees were nice, but the drive thru young lady was so rude and was completely ignoring one of... the drive thru lines. We waited for so Long while the other drive thru line kept moving. I ended up placing a mobile order whileI waited. When I got the chance moved past the drive thru as soon as I got to the window I told her I placed a mobile order andshe just looked at me, said nothing so I gave her my order number. She then grabbed the receipt and said here basically shovedthe receipt at me. Read more

First of all let's start out by saying it was like 99° out and I ordered 3 large drinks and when we got them each of the drinks... had about 6 ice cubes in each cup and the drinks were grossly warm. Then our mc chicken buns were very hard.. gross. Never again Read more
Horrible service. No employees in sight. Dining room looks like no one ever cleans it and the food looks like it was just thrown... in the bag. Other customers had to wait over 10 minutes for there food and there orders were also wrong. And when there food was"ready" they were just on the counter employees wouldn't call numbers out. Need to hire better staff or need better training atthat location. Probably worse McDonald's you can ever go to. Read more
