I always order to pick-up and they usually make you wait a long time. I can't tell you how many times I've had to wave down an... employee to hand me my food. This time I was lucky. Ordered two family feasts and the server barely filled up the boxes. When I said I was willing to wait for the new food to come... out she proceeded to smile and gave me what was left anyway. I ordered 4 plates with different items drive through when I opened my order was something else and eggplant tofu was overlooked... and was very old instead of fried rice i got steamed rice. I called restaurant # 1023 Manteca CA 20 times somebody answered andwhen I tried to complete my she hung up. After that I called 20 times they picked up and didnt respond. We ordered 2 teriyaki bowls and 1 teriyaki plate. This is our usual order. The orders were all approximately half the size as... usual and we didnt get a drop of teriyaki sauce. Not on the food, not in a separate container. Just very small portions of verydry rice and chicken. Tried to call to see if we could speak to someone but they didnt answer the phone. sometimes they are good employees, sometimes they are bad. today i asked to please give me equal amount of meat to the broccoli... beaf. But litterly recieved 2 pieces of meat only. how is this even allowed...? but what else can you expect from people lilethese who dislike their jobs. Read more
I order chow mein and some, a pepper chicken well she asked me if if you don't mind waiting for some fresh chow mein so I say... sure I wait well I wait and wait finally I got it well I couldn't eat it right then and there cuz my group was ready to go lasttime I got home warmed it up about 30 seconds took a bite out of it was burn I have gotten a bow and plus one in a boxcontainer and they would both burn so bad you can see the some of the noodles look black I'm going to gave them a call and seeif I can get my refund back or I want to try to call corporate and let them know you don't serve customers burn food what outlooking at it and can see that it look black Read more
I don?t really eat at Panda Express but I craved this for some random reason. So I went to panda in Manteca and to be honest I... had a great experience. The food was so very delicious and the employees are pretty cool. I like their patience and energy. Goodfood good vibes for sure! If you go to panda go to this one .
