Bad experience. Waited 20 mins for 2 toasted and sliced bagels. When we went to check on our order we were told there was no... such order in their system. Had to wait another 7 mins. Workers did not seem to be bothered at all and took their time doingEVERYTHING. Went in for lunch but definitely not getting one of those pastries covered in flies. The prices are way up while the portions... are down. The icing on the cake was how the girl wouldn't even give me a to-go box, she insisted on a sheet of parchment paper.I'll most likely never visit a Panera again because of this experience. Read more
I love Panera but this location is frequently out of menu items and today I received a stale piece of bread and no butter. I... recognize that staffing is an issue but to not have things that are summer specials listed on the menu is not a good look. Charged! The best lemonade in town! Don't go through the drive through and try to get one you will become severely dehydrated... waiting behind 1 car. It's best to go inside and use the kiosk and help yourself and not stand in line again behind 1 or 2people and you can literally take a selfy video of yourself aging in line. If you avoid the really nice workers you can get aiced drink at the speed you expect. This is why I give it 5 stars ???? for the drinks. The food is terrible.. Read more
We both had the BBQ Chicken Salad. I was very please to see the BBQ Chicken Salad, which they recently brought back on menu. It... was my favorite salad before they removed it. They were out of strawberries and baguettes but it was 6pm on a Sunday, and if youare going to run out of something Sunday at 6pm is fair. The staff we interacted with was very charming. Order was wrong, only 8 out of 13 bagels were correct and half weren?t sliced as requested. Bagels were also old I believe... because they were ROCK HARD!! Called in and was told that they ?were training new people?. I would highly recommend a seasonedworker check their work before delivery.
