I ordered a meal deal and added a 2 litter of Root beer. When the girl delivered my order she told us that there was no more... Root beer. She said we were credited the cost of the 2 liter. But the receipt did not reflect the credit. When I called PizzaHut the lady on the phone knew nothing about the credit back. She offered to have the girl bring the 2 liter or credit me back.I opted for the drink. They have not yet brought me my 2 liter. They don?t answer my calls and haven?t yet been credited for themissing 2 liter. I suggest you hold off on the digital TIP. I tipped $5.63 . So far I?m down about $11.. I placed an order on the phone for 2 large 3 topping pizzas. I was told that the cost was $30+ dollars, a discount from $42+... dollars. I cancelled the order. I went online and placed the same order. I got one large pizza with 3 toppings and the 2nd largepizza was just cheese. Read more
The pizza was a bit greasy. Tasted good but I would of liked less grease. The delivery was super fast though and saved me from... a hangry child so that was a definite plus! The delivery driver was nice. Read more
The pizza i ordered onion and bell pepper was burned. When i called the lady incharged said it was not! If customer said. Was... burned and unsatisfied i think they could treat the customer different saying at least they are sorry for what happened that themissed to check quality control... but not lady instead started saying for her was not.... anyways i called not to ask for freeor money refund.... i called to makesure they knew, so they can pay attention on it for next customer.... another thing cheesedid not feel like regular pizza cheese it was something else... but not pizza cheese. If I could I would give pizza hut a zero. I had the worst experience with them and a 10 days later they haven't contacted me... about my bad experience. I went to pizza hut in manteca ca the bread sticks were cold and chewy. I ordered a large pizza withextra sauce. The sauce was all at the top like they were to lazy to spread it around. They need to get better customer service, every time I call in my order I can barley understand what the person is saying on the... on the other end. They are SLOW in processing my order as if they don?t know what they are doing. I was told there is no lunchspecial when clearly there is one M-F from 11-2. Maybe you should have your customer service aware of the items and specials youhave. Other then that when I go into the store the service there is great, but you need to fix your customer service!
