We were greeted as soon as we walked in but it took a few minutes to get a table and the restaurant seemed empty so I'm not sure... what the hold up was, Server was excellent, the staff even sang happy birthday to my friend, However our order came with thewrong sides, all 5 of us ordered garlic fries, only 2 of us got them, the rest got regular fries and it took 20 minutes to getthe garlic fries, burgers were great though. Food was good! It was pretty packed but we got seated within 15 min

Stopped in for a quick bite while charging at the supercharger. The first impression was poor as we were left waiting at the... front and no one seated us for quite a while.... however.... once seated we were treated excellently. I NEVER ran out of drinksas they would replace drinks as soon as we were close to finishing and they seemed to know everyones drink and always get itright. What is going on with this place? Waited 25 min to get seated. Not even busy and nobody even comes back to ask if we needed... drinks or anything. Oh and why do you said bottomless? Nobody brings anything. This is ridiculous. I?m sure I?ll get one of thisresponses that you want to hear more. I am sure the reviews give enough info of the issues. Update: After 40 min of ordering wenever received our food and was told that it would be another 30 min due to issues. We wasted our time and no there will not bea next time. Read more

2-STARS 3rd Time's a Charm + Hindsight is 20/20 -- I am uncomfortable and on the toilet within one hour of eating a Red Robin... burger. - - - - - - - - 5-STARS Excellent customer service. The food 'tastes' good. And the patronage is pleasant. Just theright amount of employees on duty to accommodate the number of customers. The bar section was over 50% full by the time I leftand people were patiently waiting to be seated. I ordered the Guacamole Bacon Burger cooked with "some pink". Although theburger came well done, the beef wasn't tough. The Freckled Lemonade was sweet and tangy. The accompanying Bottomless Fries werein deed bottomless. I didn't have to ask for more and hadn't finish the original fries before I was brought more fries. Themousse for the Mud Pie was was unexpectedly and pleasingly firm, not mousse-like consistency at all. But with that height, thefirmer the better probably. I ordered mine not too fancy with a simple Caramel drizzle. Tasty. The servers who brought out myfood and drink were all different from server 'Serrina' on my receipt. Either way, all the staff worked well together. Bravo!I will return and probably not alone.
