I think one star's too many after this situation I work for Uber eats I got an order to go here and pick up this lady that works... in there on Friday nights tells me the customers already picked up the order so I canceled the order to have her tell me oh hereit is right next to her didn't even bother looking for it I'm out the gas money the time and everything else just because theiremployee does not want to do her job and look for an order before telling people to cancel it I am looking for anyway to get ahold of the management of this restaurant to file a formal complaint against that employee Read more

Based on reading the reviews here, I was nervous walking in (not for loosing $ but having a bad lunch experience). I love round... table. ?Sarah j.? Took my order. When I asked her, are they any vegetarian pizzas at the buffet. She asked do I prefer (1)gourmet or (2) the delight? I said #1. To which she said, I?ll put one in the oven right now and by time you are done withsalad, it?ll be out in a jiffy. Then she came looking for me, to let me know pizza was ready. All this time #2 was already therefrom beginning, thus for buffet, she didn?t have to make the #1 at all. It?s not like she made me feel special with ?I?m doingit just for you? gesture. For her it seemed natural to simply keep a vegetarian customer happy, maybe by making a special stupid#1 pizza. This location is now one of my favorite restaurants. They have all the measurements required to eat confortable and safely. It a... well oriented family restaurant. My kids always feel happy eating here. The cashier and each employee we see always greet uswith a welcome. I totally recommend here. Face mask required and I love they also respect your preferences. Ordered to pick up. Food was ready and hot. Pizza was made well and we will definitely be returning.
Tonight I went online to order pizza from Round Table Pizza in Manteca (Daniels St. location). I saw a 39.99 special online for... a specialty pizza, a medium 1 topping pizza and garlic twist bread or chicken wings. What I ordered was the Ulti-meat, a cheesepizza with some parmesan chicken wings. After completing my order I added a 3 dollar tip. After I entered my credit cardinformation and push enter to have my order made. I quickly realized I made a mistake. So I called the restaurant and spoke aDon or Dom something like that. I asked if I could change my order on my speciality pizza to the Double Play Pepperoni. The guysaid that it wasn't the same kind of pizza. That he would have to delete my discount and I would be paying full price. Well ifyou look under their premium pizza's online you will see the Double play pepperoni as one of their specialty pizza. So I saidthat is ok please keep my order the same. After going back online to verify that the double play is under their premium pizzas;I went to go get my food. By the way this is a picture of the Ulti-meat pizza that I paid for. It was totally lacking toppingsas you can see. We ate half before we decided we were going to complain. Haven't had really good Round Table pizza since leaving the Bay Area,,, Pizza was tasty, the young lady at the regester was... really nice and restaurant and bathroom was very clean. I will come back the next time I'm visiting!! Read more
