A nice medium sized Starbucks location. Drink came out much faster than estimated (did mobile order.) Only complaint would be... cleanliness of tables, most of not all had residue and were fairly sticky. Read more
The customer service is terrible. I ordered a coffee over mobile and went in to pick it up as I was notified through the app... that my order is ready. Not a single worker stopped to help me. I understand how food service and customer service works and itwon?t hurt you to take a second to ask me what I need so we can all go about our day. I waited for my coffee for an extra 20mins. I really love this Starbucks real friendly service, but yesterday ordered through the drive up a hot large caramel macchiato but... I did not get what I paid for. By the time I noticed that the cup was lighter than normal I was already on the freeway headingto work. I really did need every sip of that caramel macchiato. That?s what?s bad about drive ups theses days and the lines areso long and you can?t go indoors to order. I guess sometimes it happens. I still love going to this Starbucks ???? Read more
