Probably the worst starbucks i been too. Drive thru is horrible. Place is small and dirty.
Today I ordered two Venti pumpkin spice crème extra hot, grilled cheese sandwich & cheese danish. Postmate picked it on for me... he was nice clean and on time The delivery driver did nothing wrong however everything was packaged good the only thing wrongwas everything was very cold so I sent my husband to the Starbucks so they can warm it up for us so when my husband arrives toStarbucks by hwy 99 in Manteca ca tell tell the worker behind the counter that postmate just delivered our food but it nevergot warmed up she knew she spoke up fast and said you didn?t request it online she also said in a rude tone you have to requestfor you food to be warm however i than spoke because I was listening over the phone I told her I did and I ordered the sameyesterday and it came super hot. Drink was good but I had to wait in the drive-through forever because they're so understaffed and inside was closed
Walked 15 min just to see a sign on door that they are only doing drive thru and MOBILE drive thru orders. Line for drive thru... is pretty long. I sure wouldn?t want to mobile order and then wait for however long just to pick up a drink in the drive thru. Read more
Got a few drinks and my caramel frape has no caramel and my dragon fruit mango drink had no dragon fruit. It looked like water... and they didn?t tell me they were out of ingredients so I I could of ordered something else. and still charged me same price. Read more

Out of mocha syrup, completely missed one of the drinks on my order, requested all drinks be made with coconut milk yet one was... made with regular milk and the ice in the Frappuccino was chunky. Read more
