The person who took my order was rude. Got order WRONG. I was told what I ordered was no longer available(yes, it is).... Disappointed beyond belief! Here it is a good amount of time has gone by and no response from Starbucks. I guess they are prettysure of themselves ???? The barista actually yelled and argued with me. By far the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Attempted to inquire about my drink and rudely treated as if I was... in the wrong. Pulled out of drive through and sure enough drink was missing they entire main ingredient, thus had pull backaround inline and wait again. They are friendly and if they would get my Hot Chocolate order correct, they would have a five. I have learned when ordering a... Hot Chocolate drink that can be mixed up with a coffee drink. Lead with the word Hot Chocolate and then order, otherwise youwill end up with the coffee version of your drink... Read more
Service was the worst we?ve ever had, waited about 5-7 minutes to order. There was no one in front of us, and there were two... workers. One was doing nothing, and the other was making a drink for themself. When our order was ready, she slammed the drinkson the counter and said nothing. When we said ?Thank you.? She said nothing. So we said, ?You?re welcome, have a nice day!? Whenwe said that she snapped, ?Is there a problem?!?
