Ordered a pizza tonight at 5:05 pm. They said it would be around 50 minutes. That's fine. Pizza came at 5:35pm. I was surprised... it came early. I was more surprised when the box did not appear warm or hot. Opened the box to have the pizza and it wasn't hotat all crust dark brown. It was like it was previously made and had been sitting in the box. The temperature outside was only 65degrees so it should not have cooled off that fast. I spoke with the manager who offered another pizza but I declined because Ido not accept food again after making a complaint. You know what can happen. They said they were going to talk with the cookand the driver but no one called me back. Read more
3 orders out of 3 were wrong at the pick up window this evening. The lady in front of me had one thing in her bag and they... forgot her soup. Not a complicated order to mess up 50 percent of it. My order was fish and a burger. Before I left I openedthe containers as the last time I was there they forgot the tater sauce. Sure enough, no tarter or cocktail sauce. I thought Iwas safe as the other container was a burger. Not the burger I ordered though. I ordered a Cowboy burger and crinkle fries andgot a bacon cheeseburger and seasoned fries. That probably means that the only other person at that window probably got theCowboy burger. This is every time I go in. Good food but It is definitely a mystery what you will go home with. Read more
Every time we come here we have to flag a server down. Each time they act confused (except Brittany, she's awesome). 90% chance... your tap beer will be flat. Food is decent and the location is nice. Read more
It's like they haven't changed the oil in two to three weeks they overcooked the fish in the french fries everything had a burnt... taste to it because the oil was not clean we definitely will never order from Sammy's ever again Read more
If I could give zero stars, I would! My husband and I had an awful experience back in September. The tables were being left... dirty with food, etc. on them and flies were EVERYWHERE, swarming our table as well! The service was beyond awful, and theworkers were yelling at each other. We talked to the manager, and of course, she did nothing. We decided to try going backthere to dine in last night. I had a bad feeling, but really wanted to give it another try. It was a complete disaster. Ittook 10 minutes for the kid to clean the empty table for us when we arrived. Our waiter was awful! He brought someone else?sfood to us, and had no recollection of what we had ordered. It took us one hour to get two salads. The table next to usordered 3 pizzas AFTER us and got their food before us. When the salads came out, the chicken was so hard and rubbery, youcouldn?t even cut it. So we ate our lettuce, chased the kid down, paid, and got out of there! I didn?t even bother talking tothe manager because it was the same lady I spoke with in September. This had always been a fantastic restaurant, but it hascompletely gone down the drain in the past year. It is a prime location, as well. If I could give a zero, I would. Worst service ever! Service is slow to non-existent. Had to go to the bar for plates. Had to... steal/ share condiments from other tables. Ordered something to go, took forever. Couldn't even get a refill. Called a youngworker walking by, and the kid just kept on walking. And it was obvious our server was running around. Absolutely no help. Askedfor a manager several times....never saw one. At register told the manager is at bar....and that's about it. How aboutacknowledging the customer when they get to the register. Here's a thought, when ya bus a table....take a tub, fill it, wipe thetable and move to the next. We were 1 of 3 tables there tonight, who were disappointed and disgusted with the service. It's acool restaurant, open atmosphere. But if you want to eat and or drink.... Go elsewhere. Read more

The pizza crust is very tasty nice and Flaky and crispy. We also had a grilled chicken salad and that was very tasty as well.... Very nice outdoor patio seating in the back with a nice park behind to enjoy. Read more
